Sunset 1-11-2010

A sunset from our front porch. I love being able to look out the front door and you never know what kind of sunset you will get. I love taking differnt shots of all the sunsets.

Mardi Gras 2010

This year we had a small Mardi Gras at the house. We got on the gear and ate King Cake. I had to take the baby and put it away since all three kids fought over who was going to get it.

The kids got new Chiweenie puppies for xmas in 2009. they are the cutest things in the world. They are spoiled and rotten. they dont stand a chance of getting much running around done since all three children want to hold them all the time. They are so fun to watch when they are playing. Dustin named his Bama and Rebecca named hers Rose Michelle. This is Bama in his Titans shirt. Rebecca found out that Build a Bear outfits fit on the dogs. Poor Doggs!This is Rose in her Balaerina outfit! Yes that is me holding her up. I had to help it was cute.

CJ Banks Fashion Show

Was asked to be a modile clothes for the spring line at a local shop in the mall. I did it and had a blast. Here is some of the clothes I wore and of course I bought after wearing them. This makes the second one that I have done and will probably do it again.

2010 HGE Bookfair

We just had our annual bookfair at Hazel Green Elementary. We had a great time. Parents bringing their kids in to buy books. Its a great fundraiser for the school. I took photos of kids and parents behind our cardboard car we made. We had guest speakers who read books to groups of children.

Picture of Cody and Rebecca in the car. I took these and had them printed and had them to the children by the end of the week so they can take them home to their parents.

Flea Girl

This is a picture of our dog. She's a mutt. We got her from a friend that had to move over 13 years ago. She is the sweetest dog. lets the kids climb on her and ride her like a horse. She is so soft. Her eyes match her fur color. She is getting on up in the years and will not be with us too much longer. We wil miss her terribly.

Tate Farms 2009

these are pictures that I took when we went to tate farms with some friends at the beginning of the month. We always have a great time when we go. We normally go several times during the month of October but this year the price went up so much that we only will be going once. I hate that because we have so much fun!

The Big Day!

On the 26th of September I did a big thing and got baptisted. I feel so much better about myself and the lord. I know now that i have been accpeted into his life and he into mine. Since I have been going to church alot of things have for me and my family. I got a new job at the elementary school and several things around my house was changed for the better. I do have a stong belief that he does help!

Old Barns

This is one of my pictures that I took while riding up and down the road. This barn is over by Alabama A&M University. I loved the way the colors of fall was in the field that surrounded the barn with a small hint of green in the front. I just love taking pictures of old barns.

Calendar Girls 2009

This is what we did all summer long in 2009 since I didnt have to work. The first photo is of my aunt, me, my mom, and my cousin sitting by the pool. I had my daughter go to the other side of the pool to take this shot and when I scrapbooked it I put on the page that we were the Calendar girls of 2009. It is a great shot of all of us even though I think I look like a beached whale. I had the greatest tan and now it is gone. I guess I will have to hit the tanning bed. The second picture is all the cousins playing in the pool. We got together at least once a week when Alli was off work. we always had a blast. Cant wait till next summer!

Pictures that we took in Downtown Huntsville in the summertime. My mom was not working so we took the kids and got some pictures of me with the kids since I am always on the other side of the camera. I really like how they turned out. I blew several up to scrapbook them to put in their albums. I even have a few hanging on the walls in the living room. Its hard to believe how fast my children are growing. One keeps reminding me that he has four years till he drives. Help me know!

2008-2009 Soccer

this is Dustin playing soccer in TN. He always wore a pair of yellow cleats so all i had to do was look for those since they are all starting to look alike with the hair and being about the same size. Yellow shoes is all I would look for and lots of people would make comments about whos the kid with the yellow shoes. he's pretty good and gives his whole heart at the game. We love ya!

UAH Jr. Chargers 2009

Dustin's hockey team this year coached by Troy Seibel. Had a great time learning this year. Loved it even more because this was the first year they were able to check each other into the walls. He was soooo ready for that and it was fun to watch them do it.

Handsome Devil!

This is a photo of Dustin that i took at the Pumpkin Patch. He was just leaning up against the pole and takin in the soft cotton. I took a picture of him and it has turned out to be one of my favorite pictures of him. I will have to beat the gilrls off of him as he contunues to get older. The cell phone already goes off enought with just a few that he nows, i hate to see it when he gets out of his shy stadge and actually talks to them.

Fall Fun @ Bennett Nursery

My kids love to go to Bennett Nursery on North Parkway just to look around. when you first walk in they have old glass coke bottles that you can get and open and drink while you walk around as long as you deposit the glass botle in the right return slots so they can recycle. We alk around and look at all the plants that I could put in my yard (that I can kill also) until we get to the area that goes into Accross the Pond. you walk through there and see these giant fish that goes into ponds that cost a fortune. They also have birds that you can watch. We love to walk around and look at all the outside items that would look so nice in any yard but you gotta take a a 3rd mortgage just to pay for them. Well a girl can dream! We have a good time and everytime we pass they want to know when we can go back.

Heart Breaker

This was what D got for Valentines day and he is taking a huge bite from it.

I have a feeling tht he is going to break many girls hearts when he gets older (if he can get rid of the mouth). He is very nice looking and very sensitive. Of course I am his mom.

This is a momma eagle flying up to the nest to feed her two babies. This was the neatest thing that I have seen in a long time and it was nice tow share it with my kids. We had a great time in scottsboro.
